Question: Ok, I want to gain muscle for Football next season any suggestions!?!?!?!?
I am in the 9th grade using Creatine for tha Muscle Mass i have a problem with my squats i cant keep my feet straight ahead so i loose balance and all control!. Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends how old you are!. You need to lift weights and work out a lot!. At least two times a day this summer so you can get in shape and be ready!. Drink lots of water!. And never drink energy drinks such as "Red Bull"!.!."Monster"!.!.its ok to drink things like "G2"!.!."Vitamin Water"!.!."Gatorade Tiger"!.!.!.and of course "water"!.!.that will make it!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get off that gunk as someone has already said that musle mass or the stuff they use will show up in tests and the thing with it is you have to work hard weight training and running for it to work properly
I believe you should just cut out all that s**t and work to get big a proper diet and a fitness schedule is the proper way see your doctor for advise before starting anything and he will run some random tests on youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't use creatine at your age, it can mess up your growth, and possibly harm your kidneys!.

I would reccommend using Whey protein or something like that instead!. Be sure you are bench pressing, curling, or working out in some way BEFORE you take the protein!.

eat junk food so you gain fat, and then from there workout cuz fat is easier to turn into muscle that way, and u'll end up with more muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm !.!.!. im a girl that is also going into ninth grade but !.!.!. umm have you tried curls or from dancing i know that running helps a LOT !! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
