How do you know if your muscles are building?!


Question: How do you know if your muscles are building!?
I just want to know, ive benn running and doing some tantric excercises and my calfs sort of tightined up but its gone now!. how do you know if the excercising is working!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it depends how long you've been doing your exercises for!.!.!.

You won't see real results for a month or probably longer!.

I went to the gym a few times a week for a month, and was so frustrated because I was like well I look the same after all this work!. But after about 3 months of just doing the "pointless" workouts!.!.!. I noticed big differences! And when you finally do see the differences, it's very motivating!.!.!.

What you are doing is great!. Yoga and aerobic are not weight bearing!. Weight training along with what you are doing will make those muscles come back!. Weight bearing helps alot because as a runner I use ankle weights on my legs for my floor exercise like leg lifts help!. If you can get to a gym with leg machines along with the same things you are already doing!. Oh never run with ankle weights because it is hard on the back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
