Hey there Helen,

Ok, so a lot of people think that you can "tone up the stomach" but the only way you can do that is by losing overall fat!. So there are three routes I suggest that will save you time and make you look fabulous while you're at it!.

1!. Best way to tone the fat is cardio, so get out there and run, swim or bike!.
2!. A pound of fat burns about 3 calories per hour when you're resting but a pound of muscle burns close to 50!. So the best way to build a little extra muscle so that you can burn twenty times the calories while your sleeping is to build the bigger muscles in your back, legs and chest!. This also helps keeps you from having that bulky look that ladies dread!. And yah, it might sound weird that you should workout your back to make your legs look better but trust me on this!. Or don't, whatev!. ;)
3!. The best way to tone up your legs is to eat a little healthier which is the ultimate way to lose weight!. (What!? Diet and exercise causes weight loss!?! No way!)

So yah, that's my tip!. Run twenty minutes a night, buy some 8 or ten pound dumbells and order your food without mayo!.

there are plenty!. I'd start with some skipping so buy yourself a skipping rope and if you do that for 15 minutes and then run for 15 minutes 3/4 times a week!. This will help you to get toned so much faster than just doing exercises on their own!. I have recommended some excellent exercises here for you that will help you to tone your tummy and legs!. But please dont forget the cardio too!.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.

Okay u will definitly get results from theese exercises,

*walk everywhere, it really helps ur tum legs and butt

* Leg lunges 3 sets on 20 on each leg

* dont know the name for this exercise, but put legs hip widht apart and pretend to sit down and up again 40 times

* for ur tummy lie flat on the ground, put ur hands be hind ur head and raise a little of the ground hold ur tummy in put ur feet straight in the air and make a walking motion with them in the air!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.this is a great one!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
