You could try the proven 'grapefruit diet'

It's great for quick weight loss if you can stomach it (that is)

7floz grapefruit 30mins before breakfast

Lose water weight!.

You can't lose fat that fast, you would need a 7 x 3500 calorie deficit = 24,500!. Let's say you are average and need 2000 calories a day, that's 14,000 calories a week, so by not eating at all you would lose 4 pounds, then you would still have to run a marathon every single day to burn off the rest!.!.!. while not eating!.

But it is possible to lose that much water however by not intaking salts!. And starting a diet usually causes people to decrease their sodium intake, which is the reason for the sudden drop in weight the first week of dieting!. All those "miracle diets" are really low-sodium diets, like the Hollywood Miracle diet, the grapefruit diet!.!.!.!. losing water does look like losing fat, but once you eat some salt the weight comes right back on!.

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. well the way i did it was eat dinner around 11pm and not breakfast or nun lke that well u can have a juice with zero calories fruity one 2!.!.!.and diring the day you'l be hungry and eat an appe or and orange and make sure your starving before u go to bed u loose weight when u dnt eat and are hungry anddnt eat the apple after 7pm go jog and sweat alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ive lost 5 pounds in 2 days by just eatting right!. Measure your food!. Use 1 cup or 1 tbs!. to measure breakfast lunch and dinner!. Only have 2 snacks a day and make sure you workout in the mornings because it will give you more energy in the day!. Try to have only carbs!. for breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
