If i do 100 sit ups a day, Is it more effective to do them all at once or can i !


Question: If i do 100 sit ups a day, Is it more effective to do them all at once or can i do 50 twice a day!?

it doesn't matter how many you do!.!.quality over quantity
you don't want to do a repetitive excersie
try mixing it up

50 twice a day is fine!.!.!. however!.!.!. remember to only do one day on 2 days off!.!.!. or the muscles cant grow due to no recovery time!.

also what is your goal by doing situps!? situps dont work the abs or stomach as much as you may think!.!.!. crunches do!.!.!. situps only work till the end of the crunch then the hip flexor muscles take over!.!.!. so you might as well do crunchesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should do sets of them such as right when you get up in the morning, another set in the afternoon, and another set in the evening!. I think it is much more effective!. However make sure you take some days off to give your muscles time to grow and build!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have a lot of activities for the day which is like a lot like cardio like lifting heavy tables, running up and down the stairs, then do it 50 twice a day; so that u really won't get too tired at once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's better to do Sit-ups like what i do is i do sit-ups for 30 minutes for 3-4 times a day so try that and that should help it is helping me!.!.!.!.But also mix it up with running, biking, swimming etc!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tryed to lose my belly fat and for 2 month i did a hundred a day and their was no difference i was never sore of anything but if you look up ab workouts they work pretty well!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do 50, time it at about 30 secs to a minute, then do the next fifty!. If you are trying to build muscle up, immediately take/eat/drink protein right after you finish!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would do 3-4 sets!.!. so 25-30 each set!. And try to do them all at once but one minute of rest in between each set!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to start with, do 4 reps of 25!. then go to 2 reps of 50!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
