Question: Is it easier to tone or lose weight!?

well, a lot of times you have to do both!. you could probably tone up simply by doing cardio [running, walking, elliptical trainer, bike, etc!.] along with resistance training, such as lifting weights or doing pull ups, pushups, crunches!.!.!.

you'll get the best and fastest results be eating better AND working out!. cut out the bad stuff- candy, fast food, soda, and eat healthier foods- lean protein, whole grains, fruits, vegetables!. drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

toning is the reduction of body fat, they are the same thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

walk a lot and do yoga in betweens!.!.!.dont forget to portion control your food intake smartly as well!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
