How is my exercise routine?!


Question: How is my exercise routine!?
30 sit ups = Three sets of ten
20 Crunchies on bed = Two Sets of ten
20 Free Crunchies = Two Sets of ten
20 pressups = Two Sets of ten
30 Squats = Three sets of ten

Then I do 5, 30 seconds planks

Im really working on abs tbh !.!.

Do 4 sets of 10 of LEGLIFTS first and then continue with your normal abs routine, it wont be as easy ;) Google leglifts work out for better positioning and performance!.

If you are training in a gym, do the squats with weights!. By the way, Squats is the core work out for legs!.

I think you should leave the free crunches coz ur doing too much work on the abs, dont do anymore than 50 reps on ur abs!.

Replace the free crunches with tricep dips and do something to work your bicepsWww@Answer-Health@Com
