So I had all of this today:
2 mini sausage burger things
2 pop tarts
one small swirl ice cream dish from DQ
a cheeseburger from DQ
4 ounces of reg!. Pepsi
and 5 pieces of pizza!.
I'm a 13 year old girl and I've been trying to stick to a healthy diet, but I feel so deprived!! I feel like I'm addicted to junk food! And I'm by myself all day so no one can tell me when to stop eating!! how can I start controlling my eating habits!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

all u can do is get back to ur diet and workout the following day!.!.!.!.!.!.however, try to limit ur binging to one day every week or every other week and to one meal or two, don't make it an entire day thing, and if u do eat unhealthy eat it in small portions
and if u can limit it to every other week u can eventually elminiate it from ur diet forever

well tomorrow you should eat extremely healthy!. to keep on track just tell yourself, "would I rather enjoy 10 minutes of eating this piece of cake(or whatever it is), or would i rather have a hot healthy body for the rest of my life!?!?"
that's what helps me get by, and also just look at all the obese people around you and tell yourself that you never want to look like that!.
I read a book called lighten up by charles platkin, and it REALLY changed my perspective of diet and excercise!!
also, you should NOT deprive yourself, you can still have junk food, just in moderation and not a binge!. if you NEVER eat unhealthy food, you're gonna do what you did today and feel like crap!.
