i need to loose at least 20 pounds in 5 week or six!!

If you exercise well for 20 minutes or more (30 mins is good) your body will continue to burn fat for 24 hours.

You need to get your heart rate up to between 60% and 70% maximum heart rate.

MHR can be calculated as 220 - your age.

A very good investment would be a heart monitor as you can measure your HR and know you are exercising correctly.

Obviously eat a healthy diet. Dont starve yourself.
