Question: I need help on starting to get sum muscle!?
Im about to start my senior year im 17 years old im about 155 pounds im 5'10 its summer time i have 3 months off i want to get a nice aight hard body not a 6 pack because i know that takes months ill eventually want to get that if i continue to work out after summer!.!.so please help me out i want to make my senior year memorable!.!.!.please help out it will meen allot!.=DWww@Answer-Health@Com

hey was sup steve!. six pack takes time it varies form people to people !. i think it takes average 8 months and more if u workout hard to get one!. it took me longer and thats that im already pretty skinny!. ur not gunna make great gains cuz they take time u only have 3 months!.!. but u can with time!. just workout every other day!. or 5 times a week and you'll look alot better than u do now!.!. make sure target a different muscle every day!.
day 1-legs and abs
day 2-shoulders
day 3-chest and abs
day 4- biceps , triceps
day 5- cardio and abs
day 6- off
day 7- light cardio
u could switch it around!. after 4 weeks or so!. to keep ur body guessin!. what i like to do for my abs is put a weight plate on top!. of my chest and then do situp and crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat carbs and protien!.!.!. no weight gainer needed!.!. just get to the gym and start lifting weights!.!.!. try heavier weight of lighter reps to gain muscle!.!.!. always have a spotterWww@Answer-Health@Com
