Question: How much does it look like I weigh(only answer if you're good at knowing this)!?
I am 5'2!. I have a few new pics on my myspace page, on page three!.anyone who has myspace can see them!.

btw I've lost 42 lbs and I plan to lose a lot more, I'm just trying to figure out a goal weight!.I'd like to have nice abs one day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off it doesn't matter how much you weigh!. It matters how much body fat to lean body mass you have!. I am a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, have my B!.S in health and wellness and am a female pro fighter!. If I took your bodyfat measurements you would most likely be in the 35% range!. You want to be no higher than 24%!. That is a 10% fat loss!. So if you weigh 170(thats my guestimate) then you would be 58lbs of fat!. You could safely lose 25 lbs of fat!. If you gain zero muscle!. Most of us gain muscle (which is a good thing) because it helps us burn more calories even while you are doing nothing!. So don't look at the scale it is a waste of time!. Every gym/ymca offers bodyfat assessment!. Many are free with your membership but around $20 if you don't have one!. This is a better judge of health!. When I a was in school we each had to measure our body fat and then we talked about our %s to one another(voluntarily as this is private)!. This one girl who was at the most a size 4 had 33% body fat(this is clinically obese)!. So, she looked great but she was nothing but fat!. Unhealthy! This is a perfect example where size doesn't matter!. I am 150(recoverying from having a baby) and wear a size 7 because I am muscular!. I see your questions all the time and worry that you put too much emphasis into fitting into someone elses size!. You need to find out what your best size is!. Living up to someone elses body size/shape will only be a dissapointment and this will lead to depression which leads to overeating!. The 90x workout that you want to try is a good one!. It is a good combo of resistance training and cardiovascular!. It is important to have variety so try other systems too (resistance, cardiovascular & flexibility)!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
