ok so im 5 2 and weigh 126 lbs !!!!!! my dad said to me the other day im really starting to put on weight !!!!!! i wear size 8 clothes (uk size) when i was younger i was anerxic looking and ppl were lyk omg your soo thin so i ate !.!.!.!. im concious now and dont want to wear a bikini for the summer so i'l prob just get a tankini !.!.!.!. but i h8 all sports and i never have time to exericse!!!! what am i suppose to do!?

OK well i think that you are a good weight at the moment

however you will feel better and look better at about 120 lbs

your clothes will fit better and everything

okay to lose about 7 lbs

you need to go running 5 times a week for about 30 Min's
50 lunges and 50 squats at home

plank position (30 seconds x 5) a day

eat about 1500 Cal's a day

why not go swimming with a friend

or bike riding

you will lose this in about 2-3 weeks

i no that you said you hate exercise but you will feel better about it and you can't lose weight without exercise

At 15 you should be confused!. You will loose and pick up weight and inches, from week to week, and year to year!. Keep healthy, don't drink (1 beer=2 slices of bread!.(very bad carbohydrates)) and get 1500+ calories per day!. Variety, and more variety!. Tell me again when you're 21 and lost the puppy 'fat'!.

tramp is excellent! 15 min twice a day should be good enough!. if u can sprint 5 min on it nothing like it!. have soupy meals!. throw in veggies, chicken pieces into stock and let it come to a boil!. it is fat free and healthy!.
here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your

meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has

this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an

occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit (ideally

berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from

white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a

week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
