Workout/diet TIPS?!


Question: Workout/diet TIPS!?
In 2 months its my brothers wedding and im one of the brides maids and i really need some tips on how to lose some weight, approximately 10pounds!. My stomach is preety flat, exept for my SIDES, LOWER BACK, AND LOWER STOMACH!! :[ I was also wondering how to i loose fat in my arms, and tone them!? because when i work out my arms!.!.they just get bigger with muscle and i dont want that! also my legs are preety buff but my inner thighs are kind of flabby and i have like baby fat there how do i get ride of it!?

what also a good simple diet to uphold!?

get up early in the morning so that u can workout for atleast 1 hr
do cardio
do abs
running is must
jumping and skipping rope as well
