Massing up!?!

Massing up!?

im starting up a daily routine in my excerise trying to mass up big time and i was wondering what kinda presses should i do if i want the square shapped chest instead of the u's? i also want the brick looking abs... any good routines? oh yea im starting to get interested in the shakes. which do u think is best im 5'6 about 138 pounds n my goal is to be lean n mass up to about 155. weight gainer all the way or can i do both, mix with a protien shake? n also i have tattoos.. would my tattoos stretch if i mass up because i am completely sleeved up. thanks a bunch

The below website has good routines for beginners. Protein shakes will help but an all around good diet is just as important, if not more. If you insist on a weight gainer make sure to get one that has more in it than just sugar and fat. You need the right kind of calories to gain muscle mass.
