Good diet and exercise plan?!


Question: Good diet and exercise plan!?
Hi I just started a diet and I wanted to know if this is good:

My exercise is I walk six days a week every week at 3 mph for half hour on my treadmill!.

My diet is I eat two meals a day one meal is at four in the afternoon which is mostly grilled food mainly a grilled chicken sandwich and my second meal is at ten at night when I come back from work and I only eat fruits which is one apple one pear and one banana mixed together!.

So is this a good way to lose weight!?

Nope you are missing the food!! Eat 5-6 meals a day lean mean protein ha ha!.!.!.!.eat your main meal, then a snack meal, main meal, snack meal, main meal, snack meal you get it!? You have to keep your metabolism going all day so keep feeding it so it can keep burning-no food, no burn! remember that!. Also exercise you should continue what you are doing but add other stuff to it!.!.!.can you take maybe 10 minutes to just do some fun exercise like dancing!? Just turn on your radio and put on some good dance music and dance your booty away for 10 minutes!.!.!.it's fun and easy and you can burn of calories like that!. You may even try those videos of hip hop abs you can make your own moves but make them to target your abs!. You can also do ab work out, weight lifts, cardio!.!.!.you have to do different things to target different areas!. For abs do these: Basic crunch, right oblique crunch, left oblique crunch, toe touches, reverse crunch cross legs knee 2 chest, right side crunch, left side crunch, push throughs, leg pushes to sky, alternating curls, curls!. Well, you need to make sure you eat breakfast! It speeds up your metabolism, and generally you won't feel as hungry during the day!. Make sure on your grilled chicken sandwich that there's no mayonnaise or ranch or anything with high fat/calories!. Also, the bread your eating-make sure it's low cal/fat/sodium/sugar!.
You should probably eat a bit more than what you said your eating, I think eventually you might get burnt out, make sure your body has nourishment!. I do this by having a smoothie for breakfast every morning- frozen bananas, blueberries, nonfat milk, and a vanilla vitamin/protein powder that's low cal and has a lot of essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think your eating enough!. Our bodies go into starvation mood and save fat if we don't eat enough!. You might see a few lbs drop on the scale but you won't notice it in the mirror!.
