Eating Very Little?!

Question: Eating Very Little!?
I'm not physically fit!. This entire week, I have been eating smaller portions, cutting out all of the sugar out of my diet, drinking loads of water and not eating anything after 6!. I'm commited to changing my unhealthy eating habits!. What I have noticed, is that now, I am eating 2 times a day!. I don't get hungry!.!.!. I was expecting at least, a 1 lb lost, but I GAINED 4 pounds!. No, I didn't cheat and yes I do know how to read a scale!. Does anyone have a "nutritional" reason as to why this occurs!?

As always!.!.
Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because of how little you're eating, your body is clinging to fat and storing it like there's no tomorrow!. Eating enough is actually beneficial for weight loss - your body will give up some fat stores, but still be healthy!.
Congrats on the new eating habits, just be careful and take care of yourself!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Jennifer, the tiredness comes from the extra work you took on, plus the increase in the size of the muscle due to being worked!.
Best I can suggest is see a dietitian or nutrition expert to ensure that you are taking enough food in and the right sort of food for the change in lifestyle,

when you eat barely anything your metabolism slows down and so the next time you eat it takes a long time to burn the fat and now that you are not eating that much your body is storing the fat not burning it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not eating enough to burn, so you're building muscle, which weighs more than fat!. You need to be eating about 1200 calories a day - 5 times a day - 3 meals and 2 small snacks daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont worry about it and dont get discouraged!.

Keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you gained some muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

It happened the same to me!.

But I recommend to keep going!.

The only thing I would change is eating 2 times for 6 times in the day!. It will keep you in zero anxiety stage and perfectly feeded!. Then your system will not absorb every single mg from the food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
