You might be tempted to try a diet where you almost don't eat anything or eat the wrong stuff!. The secret to those diets is that you lose a lot of muscles and water, which do weigh a lot!. At the end of the diet you might be looking better, or you might look worse!. One thing is certain, you'll be absolutely crushed!. After you've lost that much muscles you won't have the same strength as you had some weeks/months ago!. It takes a lot more time to build up muscles than lose fat!.

You shouldn't care about your weight that much!. While you exercise you might gain muscle when you're losing fat so it shouldn't be your main objective!. Try taking pictures of yourself every day from the same angle and length and save them on your computer so you can compare each day!. Also measure your fat percentages with a "body fat caliper" like Accu-Measure!.

The most important thing is to eat healthy (stay away from fast food) and eat often (4-5 times a day)!. Also exercise 3 days every week and rest the other days (not on the sofa, but have a 2 hours walk every day) and try to sleep as much as you can!.

If you go to a gym you can get a lot of great advices on what food you should eat, how much, how often and so forth!. If you're like me going to the gym the first time is horribly embarrassing, but it'll go better once you get into it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't want to be preachy, but losing 50 pounds in 2 months is not healthy (especially at your age)!. A healthy rate is max 2 pounds a week (that's about 16 pounds in 2 months)!. Don't be discouraged, because that can make a big difference!.

Exercise a bunch - cycle, swim, run, play sports, dance - and eat healthy - lots of vegetables (especially leafy greens), cut down on refined sugar (cut it out completely if possible, it's horrible stuff), eat whole grains and lean meat (chicken and fish)!.

Remember also that if you're exercising you will gain muscle mass which will add more pounds but you'll actually be getting leaner!. Maybe focus more on inches to get a more accurate picture!. It's normal when you start exercising to gain weight - this DOES NOT MEAN YOU'RE GAINING FAT!

I don't think you can lose 25 pounds a month for two months in a row but if you commit yourself to eating well and exercising, you could easily lose 30, which would make you look fantastic! Check out the following sections on the website below:

That's probably not safe, but you could probably lose 40lbs!. Look at a diet/fitness websites!.!.!.I like www!.realage!.com and www!.sparkpeople!.com and put in height and weight and it will tell you how many calories you need to consume daily to get to your goal weight!. 20 lbs/month will be tough, but if you eat healthy (not starve) and workout 3-4 times/wk you should be able to do this!. Not a good idea!.!.!.!.if you lose that amount so soon you will be robbing your body of it's much needed nutrients!.!.!.don't concentrate on the weight but rather think of a healthy lifestyle that you can easily live with!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be patient!.!.!.!. pretty much the only way to lose that much weight in that little time is to stop eating or throwing up!.!.!. Just eat healthy and exercise!. Don't think you're gonna lose all that weight right away though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't!. In two months you can lose 8-16 pounds!. It will take a year to lose 50 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
