Question: Im 15 with cellulite on the back of my legs!?
well i asked this alredy but noone answered lmao!.!.
do any other teenagers have this !?!
ive had it for like two years!.!.!.

first of all, you probably have cellulite like all the rest of us do! mine was because i wasn't drinking enough water!. honestly!. i was drinking soda and coffee or juice, but not plain water!. when i started drinking more water, the cellulite went away!. of course, i also started exercising a little more, and using a skin-firming lotion!. it was weird, because i was in shape - or so I thought!. but, just by drinking 4 glasses of water a day, or 4 bottles, i actually saw an improvement in about 3 to 4 weeks!. i know now, that genetics, exercise, water consumption, diet, etc!. are all factors, but at the time I was just freaked out!. hope this helps you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not try those expensive creams!. They are a waste of your money and time!.

Instead, try to do some running and also some weightlifting to bulk up those muscles and shed some fat off of them!. This will not get rid of the cellulite, but it will be less noticeable!. There really is no way guaranteed way to get rid of cellulite once is has developed!. Even plastic surgeons are debating on a way to do it!. Do try some lunges, squats, pushups and crunches three times a week!.!.!. allocate 45 minutes to it!.!. and use a skipping rope between sets for 90 seconds!.!.!. just to boost your heart rate a little!.
