Question:

Vitamin intake/good or bad ??

if i want to be healthy, is it ok to take or is it worth taking vitamins even if i am eating most of the right foods which contain the same vitamins. also will i still get the same benefit from vitamins if i take every other day.
if i do it both the natural way and the vitamin way will i have a higher chance of getting too much vitamins and be at risk with poisoning etc.

You may feel tired as a result of excess intake of some of the vitamins.
