My weight is 45 kgs,my problem is that I am not getting the right shape,?

My diet is also not too much 2 chapati twice a day, 2 glasses milk, sometimes fruits also, very rarely fast food stuff, like once in 10-15 days time.
My thighs are fatter,tell me some exersices and other advice uyou can think of

Lots of things to consider before a good answer can be given.

How old are you? Your shape changes as you age. And you are very light, probably because you eat so little.

Are you short? Do you have a healthy Body Mass Index?

Do you exercise at all, or are you sedentary? If you do not exercise you will be flabby even if you are light.

Is it only your thighs you are concerned about? Measure them with a tape and compare with someone else's who is your height and weight.

Most normal people have funny shapes. Me I have very skinny arms and legs but a normal torso.

Try starting some squats and lunges. There will be many websites on how to do this I am sure. But I would recommend you to go for 30mins walk every day for overall health and fitness as well.

Finally, I don't think you are eating a nutritious diet. Where is your protein and fibre?
