I have a gastric problem, If I eat something, then I feel burning sensation?

in the stomach, also I get continuous gurps(dakar in hindi)
I am too sad . help me please

Oh I understand your problem - it is because you eat food at odd time. I can tell you what my doctor advised -

1. Follow strict food timings
2. Morning just after you brush your teeth chew 2 pods of raw garlic with little gur. If you don’t wish to chew garlic have ginger and jaggery.
3. You can even try soaking Methi the previous night in water and eating the soften methi with curds
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Avoid too much of coffee and tea – replace this with cold rose milk.
6. For breakfast have plenty of sprouts and have at least one dry anjur
7. After breakfast and before lunch Drink one glass full of water with lime honey and pundina/ mint
8. Avoid spicy food and oily food during lunch - eat a lot of salads
9. At 3 pm try to have a glass of cold rose milk shake -- this helps a lot
10. Avoid oily and spicy snacks like chats instead eat roasted nuts or baked biscuits
11. Try to have an early dinner so that there is a gap of 3 hours before you sleep and for dinner eat something very very light .
12. Chew few raw methi or pudina leaves after dinner.
13. And most important - STOP WORRYING.
