Question: If i was going to jog around the block should do sit ups or crunches before the jog or after!?
Answers:
If it's just around the block and it's not a serious distance, it doesn't matter which one you do!. I'd suggest running first, though, as it will warm up your body and your muscles!. Doing sit-ups cold is not comfortable!.

And by cold, I mean going from sitting on the couch to doing cruches!. Warming the body up makes them easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doesn't make a huge difference!. I'd say before though personally though, for an extended warmup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after, strength training is more effective after doing cardio (the jogging)Www@Answer-Health@Com
