Sixpack fat loss?
so i've been doing 100situps daily for a month now, and i've been eating alot more fruit and no more trips to the corner shop 3 times a week for a few chocolate bars. and i've noticed the changes. I feel thinner, musclier, stronger, and healthier. however, i can feel the lines of my sixpack, i can see the peaks of them just poking out but i want it more defined? do i need to lose weight doing cardio stuff? or are my abs not big enough to be caleed a sixpack yet? thanks.

your abs 'size' doesn't determine whether they appear or not. it's governed by your fat %. you drop that and your abs will appear in all their glory. : )
so yeah you will have to lose some weight (probably not much though.)
