Question: Routine to get firmer but and thighs in 3 weeks!?
I need a routine to help me get a firmer but and thighs in about 3 weeks!. Any suggestions would be great!.

I'm not overweight, and my legs aren't huge, but they need to be toned up!.

I'm 10 weeks pregnant, so I can't do anything too strenuous, and it should be kept to about 30 minutes!.

My mom does billy blanks taebo butt or abs every day and she has firmer thighs than anyone i know who's in their thirties!. she kept doing taebo even when she was up to 8 months pregnant with my sister!. i'd recommend getting the dvd because it's definately affective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
