Honestly never go by the scale!. I havent weighed myself in a year!. if your liking the way your body looks than there is no need to see what your weight is!. Obviously if your fat you can tell by looking in the mirror you dont need a scale to tell you that!. Just judge by the results you get and I wish you the best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i do weight watchers!.!.!.and its best to weigh in once a week!.!.!.cause u water balance changes daily!.!.!.also weigh yourself first thing in morning after the toilet and before breakfast!.!.!.and before u get dressed!.!.!.hope this helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
