How can I lose weight from my thighs, without losing too much weight from anywhe!


Question: How can I lose weight from my thighs, without losing too much weight from anywhere else!?
I am not an athletic person, but luckily I have inherited some slim genes!. Unfortunately, since I do not really work out so much, I have big thighs!. I want to lose the weight, but since I am generally skinny, I just want to work on losing the weight from there!. Any healthy or helpful ideas for maintaining health as well would be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately you can't lose weight specificaly in one area!. When you lose the fat from your body it will move from all areas at the same rate!. However if you did some excersises to tone your legs it could perhaps make them look more shapely, power walking or as someone else said cycling would both be good for this!. All you can do is to exercise your legs and buttocks!. If you go on a diet, you'll most likely lose weight there but also other places!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise the arma and abdominal musles as well as the calf musles and leave out the thighs!. The other muscles will get bigger and the thighs will look smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
