I am 5ft tall and weigh 109!.5 !. !. !. I WANT to weight about 100 pounds and tone up really well!. !. !. can you give me some good food choices (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and some exercises!?!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast have a bowl of unsugared unsalted museli with skimmed milk and tea with no sugar and the remainder of your 1 pt skimmed milk!.
Dinner has 4 crispbreads with lettuce or cucumber and another cup of tea with no sugar
Supper cook chicken potion with the skin and fat removed cook in the oven as it is make yourself a salad with tomatoes,lettuce, cucumber etc and have it with your cooked chicken or
have 2 small bolied potatoes with 1 kipper and cabbage
yoghurt or a apple for pudding have a glass of fruit juice unsweetend
and before you go a bed finish of your milk allowance with cups of tea!.
