I gained weight after my first delivery. How do I reduce it?

I feel one of the best ways of course is diet and exercise...I strongly feel exercise is the key word.......if you will walk daily for just 30 minutes.....if you do not have time to 30 minutes at one time.....do 10 minutes three different times...but DO IT.....also throw in some squats, push-ups, and crunches....these build muscle....and muscle burns calories thus burning fat...........this is truly all you have to do......and you do not have to follow a strict diet....JUST CUT BACK....
