Really good cardio exercise???!


Question: Really good cardio exercise!?!?!?
okay, I've been working out since december and I just realized that I have a lot of muscle, like hard rock muscle!. One little problem, during about 5 of these months, I didn't do any cardio which leads me to my problema now!. I have muscle!.!.!.under the fat!. so what is a GREAT cardio exercise I can do to burn off the fat!. I'll continue with my normal exercises!. Whatever you suggest, I'm going to try!. I tried walking but that didn't do a thing and now I've wasted a month!. I've kept up with a great exercise scheldule so I'm willing to do anything!. *it would be great If i could lose 30 pounds before august 19!. really awesome!. so if you have anything, that'll rock!. Oh and I can't exactly go running around me neighborhood because there's a sex offender that still hasn't been caught yet, and I don't want to run into him!. i can jumprope really well, i've been in competions so I was thinking about doing that for an hour!. good!? yes or no!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A great way to achieve your goal is skipping!. 20 minutes everyother day is fantastic!. If you are unable to go for a run which would have been my next suggestion, do a home gym and do exercise like these which will help to tone you but also with losing weight!. You can do all of them at home:

Yes, jumping rope is a good idea!. And I know what you mean about the sex offender, but you can still go to the gym or drive to a trail and run there for a while! Also, 30 pounds by august 19 is a far reach!.!.!. remember that 2 or 3 pounds a week is realistic!./!.!. also walking is good to, but at a fast pace!.!.!. just not as effective as running!. Have you tried pilate's it's not really cardio but I think it gives women the sexy curves without the hard muscles!.!. unless you like that!? Jumping rope I think would be a great cardio!.I also agree about not running while there is a sex offender in the area!.!.!.would hate to run into him as well, LOL! Jumping rope is a great cardio workout!. If you have stairs at your house, run up & down the stairs for about 20-30 minutes!. Bike riding, rollerblading, workout to execise videos, dance, run in place, do jumping jacks!.!.!.anything that keeps you moving & gets your heart rate up will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, congratulations on the muscle!. The best workout I've every found is rowing!.

So find yourself a gym with a rowing machine (or erg machine as they're called in the rowing world)!. And have a trainer show you how to properly row!. Not only will this improve your cardio as it's the best thing next to running, but it builds a TON of muscle to in the entire body, especially strengthening the lower back without straining it which I haven't found in any other cardio or weight workout!.

Ok, proper form 101 (I was a collegiate rower):
1!. Lean forward, knees fully bent and arms holding the handle and parallel to the ground!.
2!. Keep your arms out and body leaned forward, and simply straighten your legs!.
3!. Keep your arms out and legs straight and lean back to a 45 to 60 degree angle!.
4!. Pull the bar (keeping your arms parallel) straight into your sternum/nipples!.
5!. Maintaining the leaned back/straight-legged position, push the handle back out!.
6!. Pull your torso forward
7!. Bring your knees back up!.

There's the cycle and it works every muscle in the body pretty much!. Learn the form first!. Try doing 15 seconds of each step before moving on to the next for a great warmup/form learner and then if you can maintain 24 strokes per minute at a 6 resistance (about that of water) or stay under a 3:00/500m for an hour!. You will have no problem seeing all the definition you want to!.
