Muffin Top...?!

Question: Muffin Top!.!.!.!?

What exactly is 'Muffin Top' and how could someone get rid of it!? I think I might have it, but I'm not sure!. If I don't, can someone please tell me what is up with my stomach!? LOL Here is a picture:

I belive a muffin tops is slang for a stomach which hangs over your trousers/skirt resembling a muffin!.

It's like mine, not quite a muffin top because there is no fat on the sides and back but it's just a little poof!.!.!.I have to and it's VERY hard to get rid of in my opinion :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
