Question: I want to lose 50lbs in 4 months how can i !?!?
work-out and stuff but diets never work for me im 15 so i never stick to diets just work outs so any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say that 50 pounds in 4 months is a remote possiblility, but not impossible!. It will take determination and hard work to realize those type of results

Cardiovascular exercise (Cross trainer, eliptical, stationary cycle, stair master, treadmill) for 30 minutes a day for 4 days a week or more, and a brisk walk for an hour a day, and you may realize 3 pounds a week loss, for your total of 51 pounds in 4 months!.

Diets don't work because you can't live on a diet for the rest of your life and you will eventually get bored!. Infact, studies show that girls who constantly fad diet will actually be alot bigger after 5 years!.

If you want to lose weight (& remember you're only 15 so your body's still developing) you need a good diet and exercise regime!.

By diet i mean eating HEALTHILY!. Getting your veg and fruit, and cutting down on crap like crisps and chocolate!. Don't give up your treats---just cut them down!.
Try replacing certain foods with more healthier varieties!. Don't deep fry/fry your food, but grill or bake it!.

As for exercise, there are lots of things, but you need to enjoy them else you will give them up!.

Walking with your ipod in, dancing, swimming, riding your bike, even doing an exercise dvd or something!.

Fad diets don't work, i promise you!. You'll only put on weight and feel all the more worse for it!.

Whatever the weight you want to lose, you first need to have the right mindset!. You must really want to reach your goal!. Otherwise, you will find excuses and quit as soon as you run into a little challenge!. This seems to be lacking in your case since you say you never stick to diets!.

Now from a practical perspective, to lose weight, you need to (1) exercise and (2) eat right!.

As far as exercise is concerned, I'd recommend medium to high intensity sports 3 times per week (running, swimming, skating, cycling) for 30 minutes coupled with weight lifting (to firm-up your body)!. This can be push-ups, sit-ups, using free weights for the arms and shoulders!. You can also go to a gym!. You could also walk for 30-40 minutes on the other days!.

As far as eating is concerned, I'd recommend to follow a healthy diet!. The best kind I know of is one based on calorie shifting!. Unlike other diets, this one will not have you starve!. 50 pounds in 4 months is unhealthy!. 2 or 3 pounds a week is realistic!. Eat in moderation and eat whole grains, protein and fruits and veggies!. Diets sure don't work!. Just eat heathy! That is all there is to it! Mix weight and cardio, like run 5 times a week and lift weights for 20 minutes 1 or 2 times a week!. And take a day or two off a week so your muscles can grow and repair!. work to get your heart rate up and keep at it everyday as much as you can handle!. try to eat healthy and splurge for the healthy bread and juice ect!. as opposed to the 99cent white and the juice crystals!. While that is quite a bit of weight to lose in a short period of time, i'm sure it can be done!. Obviously, you need to reduce your calorie (most importantly fats) intake and have a good workout regimen!.
