Just do it! If you don't do it now, you will spend the rest of your life fighting the battle - trust me! At your age, you should drop it pretty fast and easy!. Make a schedule and stick to it! See if your parents will sign you up for Weight Watchers!. Don't starve yourself - it won't work!. Eat low fat, but get some protien - yogurt is great! Stick with lots of fruits and veggies and drink water!. Get an exercise schedule together - walk 30 minutes a day and if you can go swim somewhere - do it - but really swim, don't just play!. First iof all, for a 12yr old 150 isn't that bad!. Losing 39lbs from 150 IS VERY BAD!. Don't lose that much, its incredibly unhealthy!. Shoot for closer to 15-25 lbs loss, not 39!. Its a lot safer and healthier for your body!.

Ok, the trick is this: Schedule! Make sure you set a schedule 2 days excercise, 1 day of rest!. Prolly start 15-30 mins a day!.

Diets and pills won't get you to your desired weight fast enough!.!.!.they're just not effective without the key ingredient: excercise!.

You don't need to start immediately with 1000 lbs weights or anything!. Your best bet is running/swimming/biking to lose weight!. Things like Pushups or w!.e won't help lose weight as much, though they do help!.

Bike around your neighborhood for 15 minutes!. Try to challenge yourself by going up hills and stuff!.

Or this summer, go swimming and try to move around instead of hanging out on a floatie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please don't try to lose more then one or two pounds a week!. If you lose much more then that a week you probably will gain it back and even more!.

Cut the portions of everything you eat (even snacks) in half!. Do some sort of exercise, but start slowly!. If you have friends that like to walk do that at a fairly brisk pace, bike ride,play basketball, tennis , walk your dog if you have one, play softball baseball, swim fly a kite- anything to get yourself moving!.

Have fun but go slowly the rewards are greater!Www@Answer-Health@Com

whoa 39 pounds in just the summer!!?
i think you shouldnt worry how fast you can lose the weight
well however you decide to lose weight make sure to do it healthy
i suggest doing sit-ups, it works for the stomach
maybe jogging everyday
you should REPLACE fattening things out of your diet with something healthy, not take it out completely

Okay;

Stomach crunches, running, swimming, just be active! :) Play soccer or something, or like me, I bike over through this long deserted road to the neighboring town with my friends and we do stuff there, and that is a good way to get fit

Don't eat a ton of crap, but the main key to losing weight is the excercise!.

i have the same exact problem well heres what u do u do it soon cause if not itll be harder to lose it wen ur older ok so everyday for brakfast eat a small bowl of cereal with low fat milk and eat te healthy kind for lnch just drink lots of water till ur full and dinner juseat half of wat u normally eat or u can try eat 6 times a day but very small portions and healthy food to that will take longer tho when u get hungary just do something to get ur mind off it or starve urself or eat one big meal in the middle of the day and thats it hope it helps u know how u feelWww@Answer-Health@Com

Losing 39 pounds isn't easy!.!.!. but heres some tips:

-Rather than soda, replace ALL soda with water
-Get some walking done, 30 minutes a day at least
-Once your getting used to walking, take it up a notch, and run!.
-Eat a big BREAKFAST! Small lunch (like a snack), and a slightly small dinner!.
-Get plenty of vitamins, and avoid fats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

find an exercise that you like and stick with it!. when i was your age i was huge on team sports (especially soccer) and riding my bike!. if you find activities that you like and do it daily in addition to having a good diet (eat healthy, dont starve yourself) then you should be ok!.

run 3 miles a day!. drink plenty of water!. eat less than normal and your fine dont listen to anybody with gay diets this will make you lose 10 pounds in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
