Don't ever make yourself throw up! That is very dangerous, and it never works out safely! People have died from that!.
One of my cousin's in 10 years old and was overweight, and with my help (and her parent's help) she lost a lot of weight!.
This is the BEE diet: B= be happy E= eat fruits E= eat vegetables!.

You have to be happy with yourself, and considering you want to lose weight is good and means you care for your body!. Don't push yourself too hard or too fast!. Give yourself some time, remember, you won't lose weight over-night!.

Avoid candy, chips, fried foods, junk foods, and oily foods!. You can make yummy recipes with fruit and vegetables that taste even better than all that gross junk food!.

Eat every meal, but eat wisely!. Eat one serving of everything, and when your stomach says stop - STOP!!! You know when you're full and when you are, eat no more!. Don't skip breakfast!. Eat a banana and a glass of orange juice and you're good to go!.

Take your multi-vitamins every day!. Keeping up a good, healthy immune system makes you feel better, which also affects your diet!.

Don't be a couch potato!. Do some exercise! Have fun, swim, jump on your trampoline, run, walk, do cartwheels, anything counts!.

Well first off let me say do not start throwing up! Eating disorders are very serious, and life threatening!. If you want to lose weight you should try to find something fun to do!. For example, do what you like to do!. You can dance to your favorite music, swim, play sports, or whatever you enjoy doing!. Also you can try cutting back on the extra sweets!. there are major side affects, just google it!. also, ull just go into a cycle and want to do it after everything, even wehn u dont eat, trust me been there done that, its not fun, and it can send you to the hospital!.

Don't develop that habit (throw up)!. don't eat too much of oily items or chocolates or icecreams, etc!. Do regular exercise and eat food in the right quantity and in the right time!. In the night, for dinner, eat in about 1 or 2 hrs from sunset and 2 hrs before sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't ever ever EVER make yourself throw up!. This is know as bulimia and is VERY dangerous!. If you want to lose weight, try switching from white bread to wheat bread!. Try getting more fruit and veggies in your diet and take up a sport!. Now that it's summer, go swimming and spend time running outside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
