As someone who has yoyoed in weight since I had my daughter at 23, I'm here to tell you that fruit won't solve weight problems!. I'm 47 now, so I've put in the years!. First of all, are you really over weight!? When I was a teen, I felt fat all the time, but when I look back at the pictures, I was hot!. My daughter has heard that story a million times!. I wanted her to have a healthy body image!. So don't compare yourself to anyone!. Honestly look at yourself, without comparing your body to any one elses!. Now listen to what the voice in your head is saying!. Then try to figure out where the information is coming from!. Was it family, friends, TV or magazine!? Then decide what you want to look like and then start visualizing it!. Don't stress over it, because stess makes you hold on to wieght!. Remember, change the things you can change to reach your goals and accept the things you can't!. Some people have a big nose they don't like, but they can't afford to get it changed, so they have to find a way to love it!. Maybe look at their family and accept it as a family trait!. Personally, I love a man with a interesting nose!. Perfection is overrated!. Beauty might draw a crowd, but a good personality and intellect keeps people interested!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can recommend to you the fruits that I include in my diet which have helped me lose a total of 70 pounds over a few months!.

1!. Fuji Apples (these are extremely delicious)
2!. Bananas (mhmm)
3!. Baby Carrots (this is a vegetable, but it tastes delicious as well)
4!. Grapes (w00t)

P!.S!. Bananas do not make you fat, they have a good amount of carbs which can make you "fat" if you eat them late night, but that would be just making a bad decision!. They are good for you in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of berries! Especially Blueberries- low in calories lots of anitidioxants and vitamins!. And Strawberries, cranberries!.!. but i don't know if it's season for you
Watermelon, oranges- low in calories , vitamin c tastic
and kiwi fruit
apples and pears are also good and easier to get
