What should I do for a workout today?!


Question: What should I do for a workout today!?
Hey there, so I plan on working out today, and I was wondering which I should do!?

1-2 hours playing wii fit

or an hour and a half walking on the treadmill with a speed of 3!.5-3!.7 with some kind of incline!. which would be better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do both!! walking is good for you and the wii is really fun! except dont walk so long, maybe an hour of walking and an hour on wii fit!. since you cant decide do both!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that you should go an hour and a half walking on the treadmill because that has an incline so it will make you work harder and people don't yet know how much wii fit helps!. i really hope this helps good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
