i have bottle of KRUSH4 Creatine, that has not been opened, it expired 03/07 (March 07)
I phone the company and they lady said there will be nothing that will harm me from taking it!. just that it might not work as well!.!.

An expiration date pretty much is just to cover their own backs from FDA, you'll be fine taking but they are required to put a shelf life on there and what company is goign to be a long shelf life on there, they want it to expire and have you coming back to get more!. No worries, i've spoken with numberous companys and your fine, i work at GNC and i even tell my customers that as well!. No worries bro!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not likely to do harm but it's also very less likely to work!. Be safe, throw it out!.
