What foods will lead me to a nicer waist and healthier body?

im not fat but i just want to eat healthier and maybe burn some calories. but im not sure what foods to eat to help me along the way. maybe some good excercises too?

Cut out the salts, sugars, pre-made foods, and foods that break down into glucose fast, like most starches. The big middle spread is bigger these days, even within the same weight groups. They theorise this has to do with modern convenience foods and our high propensity for snacking on junk. Did you know most pre-prepared dinners have loads of sugar? Even the ones that tout "healthy" and beware anything that says "low fat". The generations before us ate fat, too, but weren't proportioned like us. They ate a lot less sugar... and walked a lot more.

That should help to shift SHAPE AND lose weight, and then exercise, of course, will help to drop weight, as well.
