50 pounds is a lot of weight to lose!. I know, I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!. This was 14 months ago!.

I joined a gym and used their treadmill!. But at first I was not able to run on it for any length of time!. So incorporating speed work or interval training (running at a very fast speed for short intervals of time) into your running routine can help with your weight loss efforts!. Speed work burns a great amount of calories in a short period of time!. This will also increase your muscle mass and improve your resting metabolism, causing you to burn more calories throughout the day!.

But you have to remember!. You will only lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume!. To lose a pound, you have to burn through exercise or life functions about 3,500 calories!.

Try to keep all junk foods, ready made processed meals you buy in the supermarket, alcohol, sugared fizzy drinks, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum!. These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat!. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK!. With one added ingredient in - FAT!.

Unfortunately, there is no magic formula when it comes to quick weight loss!. It didn't go on overnight and it won't come off overnight!.

Treadmill for 30 minutes a day is a good start!. However, it's only one part of the equation!.

The other parts need to be proper supplementation and diet!.

depends on how much food you jam down your throat, cant lose weight without going on a diet, you will tone up the muscle under the fat, but as for losing 50 pounds no way,,,

need to cut out junk food, sodas, and Carbs, eat 6 small protein meals during the day,Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 40lbs with weight watchers last year and I really believe it is the best way to get it off and learn the habits to keep it off!.
