Can you give me some advice concerning my weight issues?!


Question: Can you give me some advice concerning my weight issues!?
I'm 15 years old and I'm 5'5 and 1/2!. I weigh 141 pounds but recently in 7 months I weighed 130 and now I weigh 141!. BMI shows me at 23!.2 and 25 is considered over weight and if I gain 9 at 150 pounds it shows I will be over weight!. I'm in the 81% percentile of healthy weight and 85% is overweight!. I'm not muscular either very flabby!. Should I start to be worried I'm getting fat!? I've been on rapidly weight gain!. I have a 34" waist line, 24!.91 % body fat, 0!.9% from being overweight!. I have 36 pounds of body fat!. People say my waist line is a few inches over normal, but not like fat, just a little bit extra than I need!. I don't appear fat like my arms and fingers are really skinny, but all of this information makes me start to feel unhealthy!. Thank you for your answers!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you really need to worry about your weight; your BMI is 23!.104, and the range for 15 year olds is from 16!.3 to 24!.0 according to Seventeen's BMI calculator!. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis, you should be perfectly fine!. Exercising (especially strength training) will help lower your body fat percentage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
