I'm 16 years old and my height is 5'8 and i weigh 238 pounds and i have tons of body fat how do i lose it?

i would like a excellent nutrition and workout i need to lose alot of my weight and body fat cause i know its not healthy for my age and weight

well coming from my experience it is really hard losing weight and body fat fopr that matter. I loss 10 pounds in my battle to lose these unwanted fats. I enrolled in a gym wherein they have good facilities and knowledgable trainors. i try to go there for 3 times a week. i had a consultation with their dietitian that explained to me how i should eat. In your case youre 5'8 male , youre Desirable body weight is around 145-155 lbs depending on your body structure. I tried eating healthy foods because since i was child up to that consultation with the dietitian i didn't bother to eat vegetables. It turns out that they are good. Proper motivation by your family members are also important. Well, i wish you luck in your endeavor.
