Question: How do I cover up my FAT in the pool!? (HELP ASAP)!?
I'm 5'4", 132, and 14!. I'm trying to lose some weight right now, but I'm supposed to be going to the pool in a few HOURS!. I'm wearing short shorts to cover up the top of my thighs (my legs look NICE whenever I wear shorts!.) ****But the only problem is, how do I hide my belly, when I'm trying to get into the pool, and when I'm trying to get out!? ***Www@Answer-Health@Com

o boy im trying to figure that out too, im prolly just like you!. You were right with the shorts tho, good call!. As for the belly, no!. while IN the pool no one will be paying attention!. If you are worried about OUTSIDE the pool, then maaaaaayyybeeee most likely not, but we tend to get paranoid!.
So, ny advice to u is to just sit and stand up straight!. If you dont, and you slouch, even if your not that fat, rolls tend to from to make u SEEM all the more fat!. slightly sucking it in also helps, but that just might be too much of a hassle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't sound very fat to me!.!.!. You seem to be pretty average!. If you really think you have a problem on your hands, my best answer would be to straighten your back when your standing/sitting, whatever!. When you slouch over, or even drop your shoulders a little, you start to get little rolls over your stomach, you know!? If you stand up straight, you'll get a nice, flat stomach!. Act confident, and you'll pull it off!. Nobody notices the person who could lose a few pounds, we all understand that!. People do remember the person who tries to cover themselves up or won't go swimming at all because they think they're fat (which you obviously are not)!. Just have fun!. u actually don't sound overweight at all, but if u insecure and really want to hide your stomach then i would suggest that u go and buy a tankini!. An example of one below (site) but skirtini is optional:

dont worry, people wont be scrutinizing you as much as you think!. you probably notice it more than they do! i dont think anyone is gonna sit there and analyze every little thing on you!. and if thats you in your picture thingy then you look FANTASTIC! but if you're still concerned, just suck your tummy in when you go in and come out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
