Question: Help on a diet but didnt loose anything this week!?
hi , i have lost 7 stone but put 1 stone back on , i have been going to the gym for 2 years so my body is used to exercise , i run 5 miles 3 times a week and spends hours on the cross trainer , anyhow went on a diet and the first weeks lost 4 pounds , weighed myself today and i have put on a pound , wtf , i was so good give me some help please before i dive in the biscuit tin ,xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
