Question: Its a mystery!?
I need to lose a few stones , I have added a bit of excise each day like walking , cut out all fats ,fried food , cakes ,sweets biscuits ,bread !.I have increased salads ,veg ,lean meat , chicken ,fish and haven't had any alcohol for 3 weeks !.So why did I loose 3 pound the first week nothing the next and put on 1 pound on the 3rd week!.I must be cuting out thousands of calories each week , I have been sticking to 1200 to 1400 a day !. I did try dropping lower but I felt dizzy and still didnt loose any weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you suddenly change your lifestyle and start to lose weight, your body tries to store what it can,so you appear to gain weight until your body adjusts,then you will notice the loss,in some cases quite rapidly!. HA! You're talking to someone who has been on a lot of different diets over the years!. Have a little patience and don't forget, you're building muscle and it weighs more than fat!.
Forget about the scale!. How do your clothes fit!?
Once you see your clothes fitting better the weight won't matter as much as the look of your new body!.

How much bread are you takeing, increase your water intake and reduce the bread!. Also add yeast to your diet it has chrominum and will burn calories faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try drinking lots of water!. The first 10 lbs are the easiest to lose because it's all water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
