How do you stop yourself snacking in the evenings?!


Question:

How do you stop yourself snacking in the evenings?

I need to get a stone off to look good in my bikini.
I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, then after say 8pm, I just cant stop reaching for sweet things. Last night it was a small strawberry cheesecake. Luckily just small!
I have these things in for my 2 daughters who like a desert. It seems mean to not buy it. I want to be able to ignore it.

I know exactly what you mean but why not try to get busy around that time,you got 2 kids so be busy when you feel urge to eat such snacks and its true what they say all you eat AFTER eight pm even if its some fruit....it will double instead of losing,ok.Also try fruit BEFORE eating dinner suppose to be very good and just try NOT to listen to that small voice inside of you who wants you fat you are in control of such urges and especially around period-time those urges and the need for snacks will be very high try to have other thoughts and buy more nuts,ricecrackers.......yummy and less fatty,goodluck.Try to involve your kids,if they know you try hard to lose weight they will not beg for cakes,I hope.
