How can i lose weight, being that i'm....?!


Question: How can i lose weight, being that i'm!.!.!.!.!?
five foot eight 220 pounds a lot of muscle, i know bread goes straight to my butt and its not hard for me personally to gain mucsle mass but i dont want to do that i need suggestions on ways to lose weight without so much muscle gain!.!.!.yes i work out and i'm trying to watch what i eat!. i swim just about everyday and i am starting to play softball with some ppl on thursdays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you are doing ok, watch the portions, and as for the bread, whole wheat is the best!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.not white flour!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.also the amount per day!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.makes a difference!.!.!.
