Question: Is it okay too have very low calories but have everything else!.!?
I'm a vegan, and everyday if I try hard and stuff myself I can usually get myself to eat around 700 calories!. I know this is very low, but I always get everything else that I need!. Protein, fiber, everything else is perfect!. Is is okay to keep my calories low since everything else is fine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The number of calories you need to eat in a day really depends on how big you are and how much physical activity you get in a day!. If you don't do a lot of running around all day, that could be enough for you!.

If you ever need more calories to make it through the day, sugar water is an effective vegan quick fix, since you probably don't eat honey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be like really healthy vegan, similar to you I would make sure I had everything I needed but only less than 1000 calories!. I stopped because my hair started to get very thin, and I got vitamin B12 deficiency (but if you are having supplement for this then thats ok)!.
You should definitely increase your calories, 1200 calories is meant to be the minimum needed for your body to function!. I know it is hard as a vegan to get this much calories so maybe eat some bread with peanut butter, vegan chocolate, dried fruit!. Even eating 1200 calories you will still lose at least 2lb a week if you are exercising!.
I have spoken to other people who had same problem with hair getting thin, and as a girl this is really not nice!.

No, its not okay!. But perhaps you aren't calculating correctly!. If you are only eating 700 calories a day you should be losing weight like crazy!. If you aren't, then something is wrong or your calculations are way off!. And if you are!.!.!.well then obviously its not okay to eat that little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
