Believe it or not meat is your best friend on a weight loss program!. Bread is the enemy!. take away the meat on any sandwich and eat the sauce on any italian yummy meal!. If you're going to be on a diet, why not try to turn things around and maybe not eat meat at all!? Or gradually limit your meat intake!? I've been a vegetarian for a little over ten months, and, not to press my "herbivore" diet on you or anything, I think that consuming less meat helps with dieting and weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein is your friend, so you want to maintain a reasonable intake of lean meat!.

Chicken, turkey, most fish, and some cuts of beef (sirloin is the healthiest) are quite low in fat!. Some low fat ham is quite low in fat too!.

How its cooked matters a lot!. Frying is not so good, obiously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to eat fish and turkey the most, because I believe they have the less fat!. Also, you should try to follow the Seventh-Day Adventist Diet because I believe that they have one of the healthiest diets around!. Hope that this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the proper portion is the size of your fist!. lean meats like turkey, pork loin, chicken, fish, lean beef!.

make sure you have a balance of proteins, carbs and fats for each of your meals!. other sources of protein are beans/ legumes, tofu, nuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
