Green Tea is an excellent aid for weight loss!. It is only effective if made correctly though!.

Steep tea bag or tea leaves for 3-5 minutes, MAX!. Otherwise it changes it's medicinal properties!. Green tea is a delicate tea & oversteeping destroys the antioxidants & internal cooling action of it!.

There is a wonderful Chinese tea that is a bit more difficult to find called Pu'er!. This is most commonly used to detox & lose weight!.

Be aware that commercial green tea drinks are empty calories & usually have sugar!. Stay away from those - the tea must be freshly steeply to use it medicinally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

also try mate (accent on the 'e')!. it's a tea from the southern cone of South America that is a great appetite suppressant and also has antioxidants and caffeine to rev metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nettle, Dandelion, Rose Hip, Green Tea, any medicinal tea is good for you and most of the teas you find in the tea section are good for you as long as you dont add a bunch of crap to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

green tea, black tea is more processed and doesn't have as many anti-oxidants as green tea, but tea in moderation does fit in a healthy diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
