Should you take vitamins in the morning or when you go to bed at night?!


Question: Should you take vitamins in the morning or when you go to bed at night!?
Someone told me it is more affective if you take your daily vitamins before you go to bed opposed to when you wake up in the morning!. I've always taken them in the morning!. Is there any truth to that or does it even matter!? Thanks for you opinion!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to take them after my largest meal of the day which, for me, is at night!. I seriously don't think it matters!. Everyone probably has their own way which works for them!. If you like to take them in the morning, that's just fine!. I think the fact that you take them is more important than when you take them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've recently read or heard that it's best to take your vitamins at the end of meals!. The stated reason is that your stomach & digestive juices are active at that time!. Makes sense to me!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
