Question: What is the best way to lose my stomache fat and get abs!? I wanna get in shape for sports next year!?
Answers:
Well most people think crunches and sit-ups help, they only the muscle but if you don't get rid of the fat you'll never see the muscle!.

Cardio exercises like jumping rope, running, biking, etc!. Help burn fat and more calories!. You can't just focus on one spot thats not how your body works!. You need to run as much as you can every day!. I would suggest getting up in the morning and run for about 5 mins and then walk and run for 5 mins and walk!. Do that for 45 mins for the first couple times and then step it up to running for 10 mins and walking 3!. Pretty soon you'll be able to run straight for 45 mins!.

Also sprints are GREAT for work outs they burn a lot of calories!. Try not to work out every morning your body needs a rest!. But it also only takes a day and a half to lose endurence!. So I would suggest working out ever 36 hours!.

well i would love to lose my stomach fat too and i am because i bought this totally cool video i would suggest lots of crunches and lots of running just do what you think you should do maybe ask your gym teacher or something
